To deliver outstanding student success through operational leadership and management of a team of staff including lecturers, and business support staff.

What you need to be successful in this role:

To have drive, determination and a clear focus on high quality student achievement

Although this is a management role you will be expected to lead by example through by teaching your students to a high calibre.
