are currently seeking a School Business Administrator - Level 3

To be based in the Finance/HR Office at Knowles Primary School

To start ASAP, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary - £21,589 to £23,836

About Us

Knowles Primary School is based in Bletchley in Milton Keynes.  Our school is housed in an original Victorian school building, originally constructed in 1890.  We are situated on Queensway, which is the main thoroughfare in the town of Bletchley.  We have well behaved children, who are keen & eager to learn. 

About the role

We are looking to appoint an experienced financial administrator to work within our

Finance/HR team. You will support the Interim CFO and School Business Manager, with Finance and HR administration.

About you

We are seeking an organised professional who possesses excellent communication and numeracy skills, who is able to assist with the smooth running of the Finance and HR function.  You must be able to demonstrate the ability to apply meticulous attention to detail and work to a high standard of confidentiality.  You must have proven experience within a finance role, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

You will assist with routine finance and HR administration, including processing invoices and the administration of the SIMs HR function.  Experience of working with PSF accounting software and an understanding of SIMs is desirable but full training will be given.
