are currently seeking a Business Support Administrator - Level 2
based at Water Hall Primary School
To start ASAP: 37 hours per week - 52 weeks per year
Salary: £19,945 - £21,166 FTE
We are looking to appoint an experienced professional to work within our school business team.
Your main duty will be manning our reception area, welcoming parents, children and other visitors to the school, providing them with clear information as appropriate.

Candidates need to be able to demonstrate their own values at interview which match the ethos of our school.
You will need to be approachable, calm and non-judgemental and demonstrate a wide range of office skills, be an excellent organiser and adaptable, as no two days are the same. A business/administration qualification or proven equivalent experience gained within a school environment is imperative as the job role will include pupil administration and purchasing duties, including data inputting using PS Financials, training will be provided.
Providing a high quality service to our internal and external customers is key, as is a ‘can do’ attitude and a commitment to team working.
