Salary:  Bucks Pay Scale 1, £16,032 - £18,305 which equates to £11,644- £13,295 pa

About the role

The Special Support Assistant role is complementary to that of the teacher, working in partnership to help further the aims of the school.  Working with and supporting a named child, on specific activities under the direction of the Inclusion Manager and Class Teacher.  Motivating and stimulating the child’s learning, encouraging learning through strategic approaches, to enrich the child’s experiences.  A full job description is attached.
