  • Reablement Worker Try Before You Apply

Reablement Workers aim to improve the quality of life for people in the local community. They empower residents and support them to feel equipped to manage their own needs in their own homes. This is a very rewarding role, making a real difference to peoples' lives.

“It’s such a great feeling when you see someone start to get their confidence back and they can do all the things they used to do.

We have an exciting opportunity for people interested in exploring Reablement Worker careers with us here at Buckinghamshire County Council to Try Before You Apply.

Due to the success or our first day, we will be hosting a Try Before You Apply day on Monday 20h January at Aylesbury Opportunities Centre, offering a fantastic opportunity for candidates to come in and get to know our Reablement team, services and what life is like at Buckinghamshire County Council.

The day will consist of talks from our Reablement service, some of our Reablement workers and a talk about the benefits & rewards of working for Buckinghamshire County Council.

If you decide that you’d like to proceed with an application after meeting the team and asking any questions you have, then there is an opportunity to be interviewed on the day.

If you are interested in attending the Try Before You Apply session, please contact us on: resourcing@buckscc.gov.uk

If you cannot attend but are interested in Reablement roles at Bucks CC, then please submit an application and we will be in touch.
