The opportunity

Our inclusive and multicultural school requires a motivated, friendly and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to be appointed as soon as possible to support pupils throughout the school.

Bucks Pay Range 1 (ISN 6-10)

FTE £15,054 to £17,768    (Actual salary £7,144 to £8,415 pa)

Permanent contract for 21.25 hours per week

Term time - 38 weeks per year plus 2 INSET days paid as overtime

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 1.00pm (includes 45 minutes lunch time supervision)

About you

We are looking for applicants who are hardworking, flexible and have a passion to work with children to join our team. Our LSAs have a high profile, a responsible role and share accountability for pupil progress.

You will be proactive and play an active role during all lessons, break and lunch times; be calm, positive, ensure the safety of our children and be committed to raising standards. Previous experience of working with children and / or relevant qualifications would be an advantage although are not essential.
