The opportunity

Are you a patient, enthusiastic and hardworking individual who is looking for a challenging but very rewarding role as a Learning Support Assistant?

Oakridge School is looking for an experienced and hardworking LSA to assist as part of a team.

Annual Salary Range £14,468  - £15,756 pa pro rata (depending on experience)

Bucks Pay Range 1B.6

Term Time only (38 weeks per year)

32.5 hours per week

Required from 16th April 2018. Permanent position.

About the role

Oakridge School is looking for an experienced and hardworking LSA to assist as part of a team.

About you

You will be motivated and flexible and work in small groups to support across the curriculum and ensure that pupils reach their full potential. You will also be required to do some break and lunch time duties. 

The ideal candidate must :

  • Be an experienced Learning Support Assistant
  • Have an awareness of SEN issues
  • Be willing to work as part of a team
  • A good standard of education to GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Have a full commitment to child protection, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
