School Office Manager - Steeple Claydon School and Nursery
Contract type: Permanent
Full or Part-time: 30 hours over five days negotiable between 8.30am and 4pm with 30 mins for lunch
Salary: BP Range 4, Level 21 to 25 = £23,045 to £24,949 per annum (pro rata)
Steeple Claydon School and Nursery is a popular and successful ‘Ofsted securely Good’ school of 170 pupils with a Nursery of 44. Our children have a wonderful attitude to learning; they achieve and progress well through effective leadership and excellent teaching. Our engaging and theme based curriculum motivates and inspires children to do their best. About the role
The School Office Manager promotes the highest standards of business ethos within the financial function of the school and strategically ensures the most effective use of resources in support of the school’s learning objectives. In all the above, the School Office Manager must maintain confidentiality of data and sensitive communications – especially on child protection and personnel issues.
Excellent organisational skills and financial management experience. Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, the ability to manage change and work under pressure. Personal drive and a commitment to school improvement.
