We are looking for a part-time (30 hours per week) ESOL Co-ordinator to join us.

Our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes are for people who do not speak English as their first language. ESOL classes are designed to help learners improve their ability to talk, listen, read and write in English and settle in the community.
About the role
You will be responsible for developing and planning the delivery of accredited class-room based ESOL courses.
You will also develop, set up and review a programme of accredited courses for agreed area ensuring that funding targets are achieved and fee income is maximised.
In conjunction with the Lead ESOL Coordinator, manage a team of tutors including carrying out observations, developing and monitoring CPD plans in line with the service policy, convening staff meetings and training sessions.
You will have substantial experience of delivery adult learning and a specialist knowledge of the ESOL sector.
It is desirable that you have a relevant ESOL qualification (minimum CELTA or equivalent is essential but DELTA or equivalent is desirable).
