Overview

Due to our Deputy Headteacher moving on, we are seeking to appoint a dedicated, ambitious and enthusiastic practitioner who has a proven track record of excellent classroom practice.

About the role

The successful candidate will take a key role in the leadership of this friendly school and help to maximise pupil progress, working collaboratively with the Headteacher, governors, staff, parents and children to build on the strengths of our successful one form entry primary school.

About you

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

  • Is a strategic leader and committed to school improvement
  • Has excellent interpersonal,  management, organisational and leadership skills
  • Is an outstanding teacher
  • Has proven experience of positively impacting on student progress
  • Has extensive experience in data management and assessment
  • Is committed to high expectations of children's behaviour and achievement
