The Governors are seeking to appoint a visionary, experienced and innovative leader with the ambition to continue developing the work achieved so far in our school. The candidate will have the capacity to strategically lead and motivate our staff and children. They will provide a strong and caring leadership with the ability to inspire and bring out the best in everyone, have drive, passion for school improvement and the experience to facilitate an evolving curriculum which encourages all children to succeed.

We are a small school with a BIG heart and are looking for our new Headteacher. Whether you are an existing Headteacher who is looking to share best practice or an experienced Deputy who is looking for your first Headship, we believe you will thrive at our community school. We have put in place a supportive mentor who will guide you through the first few months in your new role. Our current Head, who is sadly relocating, works 4 days per week and we are happy to explore candidates who would like to work a similar or full-time working week.
