    There is a possibility, for the right candidate, of a Lead Teaching Assistant post to help lead other teaching assistants. This role would involve managing the work, deployment and development of Teaching Assistants within your team, monitoring the scheduling and delivery of intervention programmes, delivering interventions and booster sessions to groups of pupils and covering lessons as necessary.

    Bucks Pay Range 1 (£15,236 - £17,946) pro rata.

    (Lead TA post - Bucks Pay Range 3 (£21,379 - £23,108) pro rata.)

    38 weeks per year (term time only) for 32.5 hours per week.
