Buckinghamshire Business Services Plus is a £26million business within Buckinghamshire County Council, delivering a wide range of professional services.  We are a customer-focused, entrepreneurial business with big ambitions.

As well as providing high quality services to other areas of the Council, more than £6m of our revenue comes from external clients. We have a strategy to grow this even further and are looking for exceptional individuals to help us achieve it.

Encapsulating our Corporate and Shared Services - including HR, Finance and ICT - we’ve also created a new commercial team that will drive up our revenues, take ownership of providing a truly outstanding customer experience and lead on innovative transformation projects.

CORPORATE HQ

At the centre of the organisation is the Headquarters function, consisting of three small teams supporting our elected Councillors to set and monitor outcomes and organisational priorities.

It supports our business units to work together to deliver outcomes, maximise organisational value for money, protect the whole organisation, uphold statutory and policy framework and champion resident’s needs.

We will be looking for people who can help us navigate and lead these changes.
