We take a blended approach to learning and development. From your onboarding into Buckinghamshire County Council and initial on the job training, to recognised qualification training, update training and retraining, we support our employees to build on and expand their existing skills.
Through our Learning Hub, you can complete a wide range of e-learning modules; access resources and book onto courses and workshops.
We also offer coaching to support your personal development and to reflect on achievements and future goals.
